We are family!

So today was a fun day! My auntie flew in and we had a great time with her and my mom here at the house. Just relaxed and chatted. Went for a walk around the block and took lots of pics. The boys were great and we had lots of fun. I get to go see her in August. Time is going to tick way too slowly for that trip!

Tomorrow our really good friends/practically family are coming over for dinner and hanging out in the afternoon. Am really excited to see them.

I am making another last ditch effort at this blogging thing....

So this is another effort in trying to get myself back into the habit of writing on here.

This was what I came upon during bath time last night. D-man is always into something or another right after he gets out of the bath. And yes.... the baby sleeps in our closet. It works out really well actually. He sleeps all night long. And everyone has their own rooms. It works swimmingly.

While I've been away I have been moderately busy. I've lost 62 pounds and am now having fun running. My lovely neighbor and I are going to do a 5K in June. I will see if I drop over before then.

I'm also doing some volunteer work for March of Dimes and am really having a great time with that.

Next week I will be trying something new. I think I talked my neighbor into it :) I am going to be chronicling "a week in the life". It is something that our local scrapbook store is telling us about. It actually is on Ali Edwards website. I LOVE her website. It is one of my new favorite places to just look at. I am a card carrying fanatic about organizing and my husband cringes every time I talk about entering The Container Store :) hehe. I love that place.. it is like my home away from home. All that to say that I will be posting my accomplishments next week and the final product. It will prove interesting for me so it may prove comical for you right? right :) haha
